Hello Sharks!
Shark Fest is PVHS Booster Club's main fundraising event and it is quickly approaching! Similar to last year the event funding is centered around the sale of tables which seat ten and the sale of live and silent auction items. Unlike last year each sport can set the price(min $1000) of each table i
t sells and keeps 100% of the sales amount over the $1000 minimum. This is a great opportunity for us to raise some additional funds that was not available to us in previous years!
The tables are offered at four sponsorship levels:
- Diamond - $3,500 - Includes Table for 10, Signage at Event, Advertising in Sharks Bytes, Full Page ad in event program Signage and recognition at all PVHS sporting events.
- Platinum - $2,500 - Includes Table for 10, Signage at event, Advertising in Shark Bytes, Half Page ad in event program.
- Gold - $1,500 - Includes Table for 10, Signage at event, Advertising in Shark Bytes, ¼ page in event program.
- Individual - $100 - Includes 1 individual seat at a table of other individual ticket holders within your sport (if available).
Auction items needed!
Please consider donating an item or two for the live or silent auctions.
Typical items for the silent auctions valued from $75 -$250 and are anything of value such as sports memorabilia & equipment, services, gift certificates, art, house wares, golf outings.
Live auction items are typically items of greater value such as event tickets, timeshare stays, condo use, dental or cosmetic procedures, guided fishing trips, high value art or sports memorabilia etc.
The menu for the event is a "Taste of Ponte Vedra" similar to last year with; Ruth's Chris, Napoli's, Palm Valley Fish Camp, New York Butcher Shop and others!
The food alone is worth the ticket price! So please call your friends in the business community to offer them the opportunity to help support all of the PVHS Sports Programs, Call your friends to collectively purchase a table and enjoy a night of Great Food, Great Music, so-so but FUN dancing and the opportunity to buy some Great auction Items.
